What we collect

When you apply for a call we collect your first name, email address, phone number, your answers to the application questions and the details of any call you book. We also collect information about how you found and used this page (for example the advert you clicked) and, if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising data.

How we use it

To arrange and prepare for your call, to contact you by email or WhatsApp about your call and the programme, to understand and improve our website and adverts, and to meet our legal obligations.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent (for cookies and marketing), on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (to arrange your call), and on our legitimate interests in running and improving our service.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers who help us run this service, including our booking provider (Calendly), website hosting (Cloudflare), analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta), and the marketing agency that supports us. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep application data for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email imanjit@wellnesswithimanjit.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
